Yeah I'm 21 but don't drink due to seeing my mom as a bad alcoholic and there's a bad family history so I'm skipping it but it's pretty boring and not fun to be around when everyone else is drunk

I feel like I can’t connect with most of my peers now in college because I don’t drink. Literally everyone is doing it, so I kinda just stay home and lurk on Oppo instead.

Yeah it sucks when I don't get invited to hang out because of it and it makes me feel bad but I've seen too much and don't think it's worth the risk of developing it
